Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Ultimate Tracker ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ultimate Tracker is a personal productivity application that helps users manage tasks, habits, journals, and goals. The App may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create within Ultimate Tracker (tasks, journal entries, habits, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and sync your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Beta Service Disclaimer

Ultimate Tracker is currently in Public Beta. As such:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Features may change, be added, or removed without notice.
• We recommend keeping personal backups of important data during the beta period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultimate Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
